About Us
At Craigluscar Farm we have been rearing Highland Beef for five successful years.
All of our cattle are naturally bred and raised in Fife, Scotland. They are grass fed
and well hung (for 3-4 weeks). This process ensures that our meat is lean and
tender with a slightly "gamey" flavour.
